Our Event Productions department recently completed a major awards banquet for a large, southeastern insurance provider.  This gala event included several presentation elements.  The centerpiece of the event was a large, on-stage LCD curtain.  This curtain allowed our live event producer to change the look and feel of the stage throughout the evening.  Our customer really appreciated the opportunity provide visual stimulation to the gathered audience.

Both the stage and room lighting as well as the on-site display technology was designed and installed by Holt AV professionals.  Our design included 17 screens including a center screen made of strobe tubes, 8 moving, programmable program lights, and a complete sound rig for both the presentations made during the evening and the live band.  The images shown on the 17 screens came from a variety of sources.  Some screens showed Powerpoint presentations while others were used to show the stage events from four different angles.  This setup allowed everyone in the room to enjoy the night’s festivities from the comfort of their tables.  The event ended on a high note with a confetti shoot which was also provided by Holt AV event designers.
