Support

Holt AV offers technical support for all installations work performed by the company.  We can also support systems not installed by Holt AV.  These systems are evaluated on a case by case basis and our ability to service and support specific systems will depend on an initial site survey.   Support costs are shown below.

On Site Technical Assistance $79.00 per hour.  2 hour minimum charge
Telephone support No charge for systems installed by Holt AV
Service Center Repair – General Repairs $50.00 per hour
Service Center Repair – Projectors, Flat Panel Monitors, Document Cameras, etc. $199.00 minimum charge
Other charges may apply following diagnosis

 

Holt AV’s equipment rental department is also available to operate rented equipment.  The rates for these services are as follows:

AV Technician
Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM $68.00 per hour
Monday-Thursday 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM $68.00 per hour (4 hour minimum)
All other times except holidays $79.00 per hour (4 hour minimum)
 Holidays $90.00 per hour (4 hour minimum)

 

Most questions can be answered during business hours.  However, if an emergency arises, Holt AV offers emergency technical assistance and setup.  For emergency technical assistance, please call our main office number, 205-328-5231 or 800-322-4658, and select one of the emergency numbers when prompted.
